Production processes are standardized. Central process control and production management ensure that demanding quality standards are adhered to. The use of an automatic ERP system in connection with manual in-process controls in the company’s lab is a guarantee for quality throughout the production process and enables 100 % traceability of all processes.
The finished products are validated by strict testing procedures with high-tech equipment in the own laboratory. The verified specifications are documented in a certificate on request. Finally, the quality-tested products are shipped to the customer with approved distribution partners.
