Weaver- 2nd shift training to be completed on 1st shift

A weaver is responsible for the operation of a set of looms as assigned, monitoring each loom and woven fabric for quality defects during operation, performing minor repairs of fabric defects on loom and assisting in the setup of a loom for new fabrics. A weaver may be assigned to use hand tools to assist in the changeover from one style of fabric to another. 1^st shift hours are M-F: 6:00am-2:30pm. 2^nd shift hours are M-F: 2:00pm-10:30pm with 20% shift differential paid.
